Both our wedding and reception will take place on July 26th, 2025 at Riverbend Church, located at 4214 N Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78746.

The ceremony will begin at 4 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before to find your seat and get settled.

Yes, there will be free on-site parking at the venue.

Our dress code is cocktail. We do not require you to wear any specific colors—just wear what makes you feel comfortable!

Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors.

Here’s a general timeline for our special day: Guest arrival & seating starts (3:30 PM); Ceremony begins (4:00 PM); Cocktail hour starts (5:00 PM); Reception (6:00 - 9:00 PM). There will be no after-party.

We’ll have a buffet-styled dinner and an open bar (menu will be provided soon). There will be vegan options available. If you have additional dietary restrictions, please let us know in the designated section of your RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and be well-fed!

Yes! Our ceremony and reception venues are both wheelchair accessible. If you need any specific accommodations, please let us know in advance so we can ensure your comfort.

Please RSVP online using the "RSVP" tab on our wedding website. If you were sent a hardcopy invitation, please scan the QR code on the RSVP card included with your invitation.

Please RSVP by June 21, 2025 so that we can finalize our guest count.

We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, they are welcome to join! Thank you for understanding!

Children are welcome if they were included on your invitation. However, parents should note that we will not be providing childcare services. Thank you for understanding!

Since most of our guests are local, we have not reserved a hotel block. However, if you’re traveling in, there are plenty of great accommodation options! We’ve listed some recommended hotels and travel details on our "Travel" Tab, so feel free to check there for suggestions. Our wedding is in late July in Texas, so expect hot and sunny weather, with temperatures typically in the 90s°F and high humidity. However, no need to worry—we’ll be indoors in air-conditioned comfort for both the ceremony and reception! If you plan to explore the area before or after the wedding, we recommend dressing for the heat and staying hydrated.

Our wedding day is the main event! The rehearsal dinner is restricted to family and the wedding party.

Your presence is expected; presents are not! We are so grateful to celebrate this special day with you, and that is truly the greatest gift of all. However, if you would like to bless us with a gift, we would truly appreciate gift cards (Amazon, HomeDepot, Target, Walmart, Costco, AirBnB, etc). We are not creating a traditional gift registry because we’ll be PCSing shortly after the wedding and would like to avoid the extra luggage 🙈. You can send digital gift cards to our email (rubyandantonio.wedding@gmail.com) or bring the physical gift card to the wedding—we’ll have a gift card box at the reception. Yes! We’d love for you to capture special moments, but we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our photographers can do their thing. No, we will not be live streaming our wedding. However, we can’t wait to share photos and memories with everyone after the big day! ❤️
